Good Luck on Finals!
On behalf of everyone at Blugold Dining, we would like to take a moment and wish everyone “Good Luck” on their finals and say “Thank You” for another great year. We look forward to seeing many of you next year, and wish the best to all the graduating seniors!
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters
Over the summer Jazzman’s CafĂ© will undergo a metamorphosis. It will make the transition to a new coffeehouse, one where the bakery changes from breakfast pastries to fine desserts through the day, all accompanied by delicious Green Mountain Coffee.
We are currently thinking of calling the new coffeehouse Intermezzo’s, but what do you think? Give us your suggestions on what the new coffeehouse should be named! For more information on Green Mountain Coffee, visit their website at http://www.greenmountaincoffee.com/

Salad Bar back in Marketplace
Starting May 19, Marketplace will again feature the popular Salad Toss salad bar. The salad bar will be open from 10:30am to 2pm Monday through Friday until June 6, and will reopen again in July after Orientation. Let us know how you like our Salad Bar. Do you have ideas for different vegetables, meats or dressings you would like to see offered?

Earth Week Update
Thank You to everyone who dined in The Terrace or Riverview Cafe on Trayless Day, Thursday April 24. As a result of going trayless, we were able to reduce food waste by 54%!
Now we want to hear from you! Many college cafeterias across the country have or are considering eliminating trays to reduce food and water waste. Please take a moment and vote in our poll on the bottom of the left column. Please feel free to also leave your comments regarding going trayless here.
