You asked for it and you got it! SubConnection at the Hilltop Center Food Court will have new hours of operation. Starting Friday, September 25 SubConnection will open at 11am Monday – Friday and 12 noon on weekends. The closing times will remain the same.

I love the soup and love the refillable soup cups even better. Would love to see some oyster crackers too.
Love the breakfast cookies and miss the shortbread, rasp. cut-out cookie you had last year. They were soooo good.
How about a cookie or soup punch card?
I really hate the "new" little Niagara. Really miss the home made nachos and made to order items.

To the Little Niagara fan,
Thank you for your e-mail. Many of the made to order items within the "old" Little Niagara are still available in a variety of locations. We created The Little Ladle for soup and bread bowls, we have Taco Salad and quesadillas at BluPlate Diner in the Marketplace and we have a wrap station in The Terrace. Everything is still made to order. We, too, were sad to close Little Niagara, but given the University's new plans, we really needed the space to serve people.
