Christian Wise is the General Manager of Blugold Dining on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Christian maintains an open door policy and strongly encourages communication and feedback regarding your experience with Dining Services on campus. He answers all of his e-mails usually within 24 hours. Christian has the strong desire to present the best possible food with the best service. Feedback critically helps refine the systems in place.
You asked. We listened. Erbert & Gerbert's Bistro will soon offer gluten-free gourmet soups and certified gluten-free bread! Look for the 'GF' symbol on our soup menu and ask for any sandwich on our gluten-free bread for an additional charge. We hope to roll out these new options for you this week, but check back here for more information!
