Are you planning to make any of the salads fit into a meal-plan deduction? Because one of my biggest complaints about the food on campus is that a salad, or anything else much appetizing, costs $4.19, and the meal plan credit is only worth $3.50.
This seems to be really frustrating, when very little that is healthy AND tasty fits on meal plan... and without variety, stuff gets very old, very fast!

One of the reasons that we don't make many of the things total 1:1 is the fact that you can get a meal to go at both cafeterias. Meaning, you can get a huge salad or a variety of other things for a single meal swipe and take it with you.
What we do on this campus, it is much more for the benefit of the student, is we make the meal exchange an exact dollar value so you can either use it like cash or order of the meal exchange menu when you eat at our retail locations.
The most healthy, tasty and economically attractive place to eat is in the dining centers otherwise called cafeterias. The retail outlets are more for convenience.
