Do you have a food question, comment or concern you would like to address with us? Attend our weekly Dining Committee meetings and talk directly to Blugold Dining staff and university administrators. Meetings are held every week at 4pm in the Arrowhead room of Davies Center.

Native American Buffet in The Dulany

Join us as we celebrate Native American History Month in The Dulany with a special heritage buffet on November 6 from 11am to 1:30pm. The buffet will feature a number of Native American entrees and sides including corn soup, sunflower bannock, venison sausage with peppers and onions, oven baked buffalo roast, pan roasted corn kernels, plus desserts such as maple pumpkin cheesecake, sweet potato pie, berry & corn cobbler and more! The buffet is $8.05 per person. Reservations are recommended – call Blugold Dining at 715-836-5261.

Doritos Sampling

On Monday, November 3 and Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, Blugold Dining will be giving away free bags of Doritos collisions in an effort to encourage students, faculty and staff to vote. Booths will be set up in Marketplace and the Hilltop Center Food Court each day, and information regarding how and where to vote will be available. Visit Intermezzo Café between October 27 -31 for some exciting specials! All week we will feature $.50 coffee refills plus you can register for a chance to win a $50 Blugold Dining Gift Card! On Wednesday, October 29, we will be giving away a FREE Green Mountain travel mug loaded with a $10 Blugold Dining gift card, every hour from 7am to 3pm! The Dulany Halloween Buffet is Coming Soon!

Blugold Dining invites you to our exciting Dulany Halloween Buffet on Friday, October 31, from 11am to 1:30pm in the Council Fire Room of Davies Center. We will feature a number of Halloween themed appetizers, salads, entrees, side dishes and desserts, all served in a fun and spooky atmosphere. Students, faculty, staff and the public are welcome to attend. Seating fills quickly, so call the Blugold Dining office at 836-5261 to reserve your table. To save time waiting in line, tickets may be purchased in advance at our office in Davies Center (room 227). $8.05 per person.

Specials at Library Grounds and SubConnection

Stop by Library Grounds in the McIntyre Library or SubConnection at the Hilltop Center Food Court or Marketplace October 20-24 for some great specials and more.

Visit Library Grounds and enjoy $.50 coffee refills all week, plus register to win a $50 Blugold Dining gift card! On Tuesday and Wednesday morning we will be serving free samples of some of our popular beverages outside the Garfield Avenue entrance.

SubConnection in the Hilltop Center Food Court and Marketplace we will feature selected six inch subs on Wednesday and Thursday for just $1.99 each! On Wednesday choose from the Louisiana Beef and Cheddar or the Italian Sub for $1.99 and on Thursday try the Chicken Parmesan or Salami, also for $1.99 each! Plus you can register all week to win a $100 Nike gift card!

Trayless Days

As part of UW-Eau Claire’s Sustainable Week, Blugold Dining will go trayless from Tuesday, October 21 through Thursday, October 23. By not using trays we lessen the environmental impact we generate here on campus. A significant amount of water and electricity is saved, food waste is diverted from landfills and above all, we make a small dent in reducing carbon emissions.
