The Dulany Reduces Wait Time at Checkout

In an effort to improve customer service and avoid a long checkout line, we now ask that guests of The Dulany please pay for their lunch before being seated. This change in policy will allow our customers to leave when they desire and reduce the chance of being late to class or a meeting. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know.

The Dulany is open Monday-Friday from 11:30am to 1:30pm during the school year and features an elegant buffet created by Blugold Dining Executive Chef, Timothy Grayson.

Haiti Tribute Buffet

Please join us Wednesday, March 3rd for lunch in The Dulany for some Haitian Cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Timothy Grayson. Take a tour with the Dulany

The Dulany would like to invite you to travel the world with your taste buds. First stop, Italy with some Chicken Saltimbocca or follow us east to try some Szechwan Beef with Broccoli. Maybe you just want some good ol’ Down Home Cooking with Oven Friend Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Creamy Coleslaw. If you are adventurous, stop in on Thursdays for a different ethnic themed lunch every week. Our Executive Chef, Tim Grayson is eager to prepare some new and exciting entrees from his experiences around the globe. Look forward to some entrees you have never seen before and enjoy your old favorites. The new worldly menu rotation will start October 19th and will be posted online soon. Earth Month - Local Food Buffet in The Dulany

The Dulany restaurant in Davies Center will host three lunch buffets featuring local food items during the month of April. The buffets will be held April 1, 15 and 29 from 11am - 1:30pm.

The Dulany St. Patrick’s Day Buffet

Make your reservations today for The Dulany St. Patrick’s Day buffet on Thursday, March 12th from 11 am to 1:30 pm. The menu includes Irish parsnip and apple soup, Dublin apple and bacon salad, shamrock salad, traditional Irish salad, Irish cabbage and potato slaw, Dublin corned beef and cabbage, colcannon, vegetarian Irish stew, grilled Rueben & Rachel sandwiches, savory red cabbage and red potatoes, baked parsnips, Dublin coddle and Irish soda bread.

A number of delicious desserts including Guinness Cake and Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake will also be served. The buffet is $8.05 per person (plus tax). Reserve your seats early! Mardi Gras Buffet in The Dulany

On Tuesday, March 24th, The Dulany will host a special Mardi Gras theme buffet. Featured entrees and sides include Jamaican chicken curry with papaya salsa, tilapia with mango tomato sauce, Creole meatballs, New Orleans crab cakes, sweet potato casserole, jerk barbecue chicken salad and much more!

Salad Special
All large salads from our salad bars in Little Niagara and the Hilltop Center Food Court will be on sale for just $3.99 all week. Each self-serve salad bars feature a variety of greens, vegetables and dressings. Hot soups are also available!

Parfait Bar
The Terrace Cafe will feature a create-your-own parfait bar from 7 to 9am, February 16-20th, in addition to our regular all-you-care-to-eat menu. The parfait bar will feature a variety of yogurts, fruits, nuts and other toppings. Cash price for breakfast is $4.90. Save 10% off the cash price when you pay with Blugold and University Diner’s Club.

The Dulany will honor Black History Month with a special theme buffet on Thursday, February 19th and celebrate Fat Tuesday with a Mardi Gras theme buffet on Tuesday, February 24th. Native American Buffet in The Dulany

Join us as we celebrate Native American History Month in The Dulany with a special heritage buffet on November 6 from 11am to 1:30pm. The buffet will feature a number of Native American entrees and sides including corn soup, sunflower bannock, venison sausage with peppers and onions, oven baked buffalo roast, pan roasted corn kernels, plus desserts such as maple pumpkin cheesecake, sweet potato pie, berry & corn cobbler and more! The Dulany Halloween Buffet is Coming Soon!

Blugold Dining invites you to our exciting Dulany Halloween Buffet on Friday, October 31, from 11am to 1:30pm in the Council Fire Room of Davies Center. We will feature a number of Halloween themed appetizers, salads, entrees, side dishes and desserts, all served in a fun and spooky atmosphere. Students, faculty, staff and the public are welcome to attend. Seating fills quickly, so call the Blugold Dining office at 836-5261 to reserve your table. Theme Buffets in The Dulany

On Thursday, September 18 and Wednesday, September 24, The Dulany hosted two special Chinese- themed buffets which attracted numerous students, faculty and staff to the Davies Center. A number of exciting dishes were served including spicy garlic shrimp, Chinese pork, vegetable stir-fry, and chicken lo Mein, just to name a few. There were also numerous side dishes, as well as two soups and salads available. If you missed the buffet, please make plans to join us for our upcoming Hispanic/Latino buffet on Thursday, October 9th. We will be showcasing popular Latino foods including steamed cod, arroz con pollo, Cuban sandwiches, baked tamales and many other delicious Latino dishes. The Dulany Opens for Orientation


This summer The Dulany will be open Monday through Friday from 11am – 1pm, June 9th through June 27th. We will be serving a lighter, summer menu with a variety of hot and cold foods. Campus groups are also welcome to reserve the historic Heritage room in The Dulany for a lunchtime meeting for up to 12 people.
